Got the end of the Phantom Liberty campaign and I am now waiting for Reed to call but I have waited and waited for ages and there's no call. Do you have to do something to get him to call?

This appears to be hit-and-miss. I had to wait ages for the call, even skipping days on end for it to come through. The call did come though and I assume you have had it now 
I went off and did some gigs I needed to do to make use of time. I guess keep skipping 24 hour periods will eventually trigger it.
