Is non-physical damage all others when applying one type

The upgrade Mixed Shadow Imbuement increases all non-physical damage.

If the target is inside poison trap will it increase the poison damage they take as well as the shadow from the shadow imbuement?

It is ALL other non-physical - shadow, poison, cold, fire, lightning from any skill or gear from you or anyone in your party. It is direct and damage over time.
