Right! I am about six hours into this latest Assassin's Creed and boy am I finding it bloody tedious. The amount of crap dialogue that's thrown at you constantly over those six hours is unbelievable not to mention the hammy voice acting at times. The combat feels a bit janky, the abilities system is annoying, floaty movement. It's really not very enjoyable.
I had only ventured into the series briefly before and it's been a while but this is not a game I really do not want to continue playing. This doesn't happen often with games I choose to play but just the thought of clicking the launch button is making me annoyed.
If this is what the series has to offer now, I have no idea why there is so much bullshit hype about it in the media. Flumoxed!
