Can the Overseer’s Journey quest line actually be completed? I have all the tapes but nothing seems to complete. Is this another quest bug?

Apparently, this is indeed bugged and even with all the tapes done it still stays in the quests. In other words, if you have done them all which I think is 17/17, it’s still going to show but you have actually completed the questline.
